Responsibilities:

• Lead all operations of the gold mine, ensuring efficient and sustainable production processes.
• Develop and implement mining plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve production targets.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental management, ensuring strict compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
• Manage the mine's workforce, providing leadership and support to department heads, engineers, and technical staff.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of equipment and processes to maximize gold extraction and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including permits and reporting obligations related to mining operations.
• Collaborate with geological and metallurgical teams to improve resource extraction and manage ore reserves.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to increase productivity and reduce operational risks.
• Lead audits and reviews of safety, environmental, and operational procedures, ensuring the mine operates at peak performance.
• Report to senior management on the mine’s financial performance, production progress, and risk management strategies.

Qualifications:
