Mine Manager - Mining Industry
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Limpopo
- City Polokwane
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Responsibilities:
- Short to medium term mine planning and scheduling
- Track mine to plan compliance and assess the impact of non-compliance
- Collate relevant operational, MRM inputs, verify the validity, accuracy, and applicability of the information
- Provide input and drive relevant processes of the planning department
- Project management and/or provide input towards applicable projects.
- Strive for continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree or National Diploma in Mining Engineering, Mineral resource management or equivalent
- Blasting certificate or Rock breaker certificate
- Proficiency in mine planning packages (Deswik, Studio 5D planner, MineRP, Surpac or other similar packages)
- 3-5 years of experience in an underground mining environment
- Experience in mine technical/mine planning
