Mixing Plant Team Leader at CFAM Technologies (Pty) Ltd

• The primary responsibility will be to lead a team, allocate tasks, oversee the overall of the plant. The technician will also be responsible for the production of product samples for product development.

Job Description

• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
• Produce minimum daily required tonnes of final product. 
• Be accountable for recording and carrying out accurately all safety and quality procedures and policies
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe manufacturing facility.
• Maintain equipment, consumables, raw materials inventories and to properly maintain mixing equipment for preventive maintenance programs.
• Responsible for becoming a member of the Food Safety Team

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Diploma or equivalent required
