Up for a new challenge, feel you can make a difference? The Claims Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like to join the Claims Investigations Team in 2022 as a Claims Team Manager: MiBike.

What will make you successful in this role?

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
• Minimum 5 years short-term insurance experience
• Minimum 5 years Claims experience
• Minimum 3 years Claims Investigations experience
• Solid understanding of TIA and MIA claims system and claims procedures: inclusive of claims, investigations and legal department processes

Essential Requirements

• Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal liability and state regulations
• Thorough knowledge of claims investigation techniques 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
