We’re on the lookout for a Purchase Order Administrator to join this expanding team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be managing purchase orders across 12 dealerships, from opening to closing and supporting the Accountants with the maintenance of orders and other key payment admin tasks.
To apply you’ll need at least 2 years of purchase order processing or creditors experience, within a franchised dealership, sharp organizational and numerical skills, can handle high volumes of work, thrive in a fast-paced e environment and are well-versed in using a Dealer Management System. (Keyloop is preferred)
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
A minimum of 2 years of recent purchase order processing or creditors experience, within a franchised dealership
Strong organizational and numerical skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Keyloop or similar DMS
