About the Role

• Are you passionate about leveraging Microsoft Power Platform to drive digital transformation and optimize business operations? We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across our organization
• This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and take a hands-on approach to delivering impactful applications, workflows, and reports

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
• Power Apps Development: Build user-friendly, responsive applications for diverse use cases including data entry, approval workflows, and mobile applications
• Power Automate: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enable seamless system integration
• Power BI Reporting: Develop dynamic, visually engaging reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• System Integration: Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and third-party systems to deliver a cohesive user experience
• Data Management: Perform ETL operations to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within Power Platform applications
• Security & Governance: Enforce data protection standards, implement role-based access controls, and adhere to governance policies
• Training & Support: Provide user training, documentation, and support to facilitate platform adoption and troubleshoot issues
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Power Platform updates and proactively suggest enhancements for existing solutions

Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in designing and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration points
• Familiarity with data modeling, connectors, APIs, and Power Platform licensing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a user-focused mindset
