    • As a Multimedia Designer at DigiOutsource, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating diverse assets across various mediums, including responsive web design, digital content, static and animated banners, video, print materials, and 3D elements. Our dynamic creative team operates on the Acquisition side of the business, placing us at the forefront of cutting-edge trends, innovative marketing strategies, and captivating experiences to support and drive business growth.
    • You’ll work alongside a plethora of talented teams, including Development, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Marketing, Copywriters, and industry leaders in the iGaming world. Your designs will make a significant impact, and your creativity will shine across various mediums.

    What you’ll be doing

    As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop visually compelling assets that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with core stakeholders, including the App Store Team, SEO Marketers, PPC Marketing Team and external agencies to source and create creative assets for sponsored sports teams, stadiums, Affiliate Marketers and SEO marketing initiatives, etc.
    • Creative content could include HTML banners, Landing Pages, flyers, Expo stands, 3D assets and brand components, Website UI/UX, Brand development, visual design, Campaign conceptualization and press ads.
    • Use your expertise to guide stakeholders and make informed brand decisions for our casino products.
    • Create innovative digital designs and modifications as required.
    • Work closely with key stakeholders through consistent communication
    • Follow principles of good design and ensure it is of the highest quality, focusing on attention to detail.
    • A passion for intuitive and innovative design.
    • Can work within strict brand guidelines.
    • The ability to interpret stakeholder briefs and communicate them thereafter.
    • Helping to support the leadership team in the delivery of key initiatives.
    • Coaching junior members of the team.
    • Sharing knowledge and being open to learn from others.

    Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

    The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

    • Excellent visual creative skills
    • Excellent ability to work with Typography/Layout skills
    • Good understanding of composition and lighting
    • Experience in HTML5, After Effects/Motion Graphics, Adobe Creative Cloud suite
    • Ability to turn an idea into a storyboard from concept to script
    • Good knowledge of design processes and tools. Processes include, but are not limited to conceptualising, being able to manage stakeholder expectations, brainstorming, presenting your ideas
    • Being able to take ownership and lead a project from beginning to end with the support of the team and management
    • Possess resilient design and conceptual skills and creatively collaborate with others, including brainstorming sessions.
    • A good working knowledge of responsive design practices
    • Candidates must have a portfolio or showreel
    • The ability to provide time estimations on jobs that come into the studio and work to tight deadlines

    Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

    It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

    • Experience and knowledge of the online gaming industry
    • Ability to continuously upskill and develop own knowledge on design trends 
    • Experience in stakeholder management
    • National Diploma in design, or BTech in design or a design qualification from a recognised institution or learning body
    • UX and CX Experience and knowledge that can be shared with the team
