Job Overview

• The Multimedia Graphic Designer will conceptualise, design, and produce various multimedia assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and advertising materials. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with additional experience in Copywriting, HTML/CSS, and videography being a bonus.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Digital Content Creation

• Design static and dynamic visuals for social media, display ads, email campaigns, websites, and landing pages.
• Develop branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, and corporate identity elements.
• Design infographics, eBooks, whitepapers, and other marketing collateral.

Motion Graphics & Video Production

• Create motion graphics and animated videos for digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
• Edit video content for social media, YouTube, and paid ad campaigns.
• Apply colour correction, sound editing, and motion effects using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

UX/UI Design & Web Graphics

• Design and prototype user-friendly web interfaces in Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with web developers to create assets for WordPress-based websites.
• Apply UX/UI principles to improve user experience across digital platforms.

Content Adaptation & Repurposing

• Resize, format, and adapt existing creative assets for different digital platforms.
• Optimise images and videos for web and social media to ensure high-quality display.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with the marketing and internal teams to create performance-driven content.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, social media, and graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of agency experience in a similar multimedia graphic design role.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Adobe Photoshop (image editing, social media graphics)
• Adobe Illustrator (vector illustrations, branding)
• Adobe XD (web & UX/UI design)
• Adobe After Effects (motion graphics & animations)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
• Adobe Audition (audio editing)
• Adobe Lightroom (photo editing & enhancement)
• Strong typography, layout, and colour application skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects.
• Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
• Experience with AI-generated content tools.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate and Adobe Dimension.
• Understanding of Ad Formats for social media channels and Google.
• Working knowledge of 3D Design Tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Experience with WordPress and HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with Videography and Video Production trends.
