Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Interpret internal/client briefs and direction with minimal feedback
• Deliver work at the highest quality according to agency standards
• Identify opportunities to push agency standards and deliver original outputs
• Following process as set out by line manager and agency
• Effectively manage time and be responsible towards deadlines
• Pursue relationships, processes, and values across agency teams
• Ability to create flexible design systems and component libraries
• Keep abreast with current and emerging design trends and technologies

Qualification / Experience / Skill:

1. Relevant tertiary qualification
2. Minimum 3 years working (industry) experience
3. Experience in utilising Figma, Sketch, Invision and Adobe suite
4. Strong portfolio of product and platform design work
5. An understanding of UI and interaction methodologies
6. A high-level of marketing and digital strategies
7. A high-level understanding of the development process and agile methodologies
8. A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
9. Take initiative and follow a self-leadership approach
10. Strong organisational skill
11. Strong multitasking skills (able to work across multiple briefs at any given time)
