The F&I Trainer’s primary responsibility is to establish and manage the F&I Training Academy, providing structured and continuous development for F&I personnel.

A collaborative approach to working with National and Regional F&I Managers to ensure training objectives align with company goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a training role, ideally within the finance or automotive sector.
Familiarity with the automotive industry or financial services is a strong advantage.
