    National Field Sales Coordinator: Data Analyst

    Job Summary

    To drive productivity, on behalf of the Field Sales team, through effective KPI management, reporting, innovation and delivery of productivity initiatives and client engagement programs. Ownership of our Perfect Store Audits, from design to implementation. Co-ordinating of campaign POS as well as incentive management & reporting to enable the Red Bull brand to gain better perfect store standards within the off-premise channels. Manage our external partner that is responsible for our execution in the independent channel. Continuous innovation on tools / app related reporting. Co-ordination and Development of field priorities and strategies as well as the training management of our full sales team. Budget Management of all Free Goods accounts. Responsible for analyzing trade data to encourage team engagement and productivity.

    REPORTING

    • PSA (Perfect Store Audit) - Owning reporting on Key Store Metrics.
    • All Trade Reporting - All execution-based reporting that include; Store surveys, Coolers, Displays etc

    RELATIONSHIPS

    • Partnership Management - Engage with key Red Bull trade partners to drive optimal performance.
    • External Partner Lead - Agency Management element (reporting, performance KPI's) etc.

    PERFORMANCE

    • Setting up of quarterly KPI's
    • Manage weekly summary reports
    • Create efficiencies with KPI's
    • Incentive management

    BUDGET

    • POS Management.
    • Free Goods Usage

    TRAINING

    • Manage all training needs by the team

    EXPERIENCE

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise

    that matter most for this role:

    • >5 years experience in FMCG sector
    • Analytical skills – sees connections in data and translates them into meaningful sales/ productivity initiatives
    • Experience as field sales rep / striker or within front line selling – 1 year+
    • Competent IT skills, especially of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent time management and organization skills
    • Ability to manage a varied and complex agenda on a daily basis and a passion to deliver against tight deadlines.
    • Generates innovative ideas, fresh perspectives and creative solutions that add value
    • Gives constructive, actionable feedback to help people improve their performance
    • Fluent in written & spoken English. EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and experience with Field Force automation
    • Self-Driven and ability to work on your own
    • Higher commercial degree/ University Degree (business, marketing or similar) Formal Excel Training / advanced experience a must
    • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
