An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced National Property Developments Manager to lead and grow a national property development portfolio by identifying strategic development opportunities, driving project execution, and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and drive strategic property development opportunities
Lead projects from concept and feasibility through to board approval and implementation
Conduct financial analysis, market research, risk assessments and due diligence
Present development proposals to internal committees, joint venture partners and other stakeholders
Oversee multiple development projects, ensuring effective risk management, profitability and successful delivery
Lead and develop project teams while managing relationships with clients, tenants, landlords and development partners
Minimum Requirements:
Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Finance, Property or related field
FAIS RE5 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
8–10 years' experience in real estate investment and property development
Minimum 3 years' Senior Management experience leading teams
Master's degree in the Built Environment, Development Studies or MBA advantageous
