    Job Description

    • An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Manager – Direct Property Investments to lead a direct property portfolio, drive investment performance, and oversee property development, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic asset management.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Honours Degree in Finance, Property, Commerce or equivalent (NQF 8)
    • 10+ years' experience in the Property Investment industry
    • At least 5 years in a Senior Management role leading teams
    • Strong knowledge of Property Asset Management, Property Development, Property Law, Acquisitions & Disposals, and Investment Management
    • FAIS RE5 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

    Job Description

    • An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced National Property Developments Manager to lead and grow a national property development portfolio by identifying strategic development opportunities, driving project execution, and managing key stakeholder relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and drive strategic property development opportunities
    • Lead projects from concept and feasibility through to board approval and implementation
    • Conduct financial analysis, market research, risk assessments and due diligence
    • Present development proposals to internal committees, joint venture partners and other stakeholders

    • Our client is seeking an experienced Supplier Accreditation Specialist to assess supplier compliance, manage accreditation processes, and ensure suppliers meet required standards, legislation, and business requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • A leading development finance institution is seeking a Post Investment Associate to join its Post Investment Unit on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing an investment portfolio, conducting post-investment due diligence, supporting portfolio risk management initiatives, and ensuring effective oversight of investee companies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct post-investment due diligence and monitoring of allocated investment portfolios.
    • Perform financial and operational assessments of investee companies.
    • Review funding applications from existing investees and prepare recommendations for relevant approval committees.
    • Conduct periodic site visits and monitor investee performance.
    • Oversee investee compliance with legal, regulatory and governance requirements.
    • Perform enterprise valuations, impairment assessments and financial analysis.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
    • Honours degree in Finance, Accounting or CTA preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in deal-making, investment management or post-investment portfolio management.
    • Experience within corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, development finance or investment banking environments.
    • Strong understanding of financial modelling, financial statement analysis and enterprise valuation methodologies.
    • Experience managing a diverse investment portfolio and conducting portfolio risk assessments.
    • Completed articles or strong audit experience will be advantageous.
    • Knowledge of commercial legislation, including taxation, Companies Act, commercial law, litigation and insolvency processes.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Strong report writing, analytical and presentation skills.
