An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Manager – Direct Property Investments to lead a direct property portfolio, drive investment performance, and oversee property development, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic asset management.
Minimum Requirements:
Honours Degree in Finance, Property, Commerce or equivalent (NQF 8)
10+ years' experience in the Property Investment industry
At least 5 years in a Senior Management role leading teams
Strong knowledge of Property Asset Management, Property Development, Property Law, Acquisitions & Disposals, and Investment Management
FAIS RE5 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
