National Technical and Projects Manager - Electronic Security Solutions (Johannesburg) at Thorburn Security Solutions (Pty) Ltd

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Financial Oversight - Manage  Project financial aspects, including budgeting, profitability analysis, and cost-saving measures.
• Sales Support - Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and forecasts in Electronic Security Solutions .
• Organizational Development - Focus on talent identification, succession planning, and maintaining a motivated workforce.
• Relationship Building - Foster strong networks and manage client engagements effectively and as per Service Level Agreements.
• Recovery Plan Development - Strategize and execute recovery plans for at-risk or non-performing contracts.
• Fleet Management - Oversee the leasing and management of our fleet for various projects .
• Supplier and Subcontractor Oversight - Vet and monitor service levels.
• Adherence to Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Standards - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards.

Qualifications    

• Minimum Education: Grade 12, PSIRA Grade A Qualification, Diploma or Degree in a technical field, and a Code 8 Drivers License.
• Experience: At least 10 years in the technology security domain, with 5 of those Managing key projects
• Willingness to travel.
