Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma or Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team
• Experience in Debt Counselling negotiations is an advantage
• On-the-job training provided
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel
• Computer literate
• Strong organizational skills to provide team direction
• Ability to handle customer escalations effectively
