Short Description / Purpose of Job
- Implement identified initiatives / partnerships and support various internal functions within the mobility environment.
- Perform support functions as required by line manager to support property related functions and activities in the retail environment.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with internal and external business streams / partners to evaluate potential initiatives.
- Consult, implement, and manage internal processes and policies to adjudicate and consider partnerships in the retail landscape.
- Draft and present commercial construct of proposed partnership transaction.
- Instil and foster collaboration between Sasol Group and identified external initiative partners.
- Engage and onboard stakeholders of Sasol Group franchisees and property owners to enable the successful implementation of initiatives.
- Establish and facilitate processes related to legal requirements and agreements associated with initiatives.
- Drive approval processes for all responsible initiatives at the agreed decision-making platform.
- Manage and implement the roll-out of initiatives within recognised parameters and establishing collaboration between relevant and affected business streams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal business streams to verify ongoing alignment between planning, implementation, operation, and management of initiatives.
- Support the network development team with network site retention and associated responsibilities. Provide ongoing support to internal mobility business streams within existing network and new network environments and developments.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on post implementation performance of respective partnerships.
- Manage quality control and quantity assurance on partnership conversion.
- Apply evidence-based SHE practices in alignment with set standards for safe operations.
- Implement Sasol Group's risk philosophy and enterprise risk management framework.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to enable the achievement of initiatives.
- Continuously improve own skills and knowledge. Complete, implement, and track personal development plan to attain personal performance goals.
Formal Education
- University Bachelor’s Degree (Building Science, Town Planning, Quantity Surveying or Architecture)

- 6+ relevant years of experience
