Description

• Execute the network strategy development.
• Ensure effective network planning and control by viable models, benchmarking and market support.
• Manage network strategic projects to build a solid MAN network footprint.
• Drive performance monitoring framework and network performance management measures for the dealers.
• Implement dealer corporate identity standards.
• Communicate and liaise with the dealer network to help facilitate alignment to the MAN strategy.
• Manage Workshop Process analysis to identify areas for improvement and to mitigate the risk areas.
• Identify untapped revenue potentials and initiate projects to realize the identified potential areas.
• Manage the network investment planning and steering including execution of the defined plans.
• Ensure the management of construction projects to implement the network strategy.
• Facilitate timeous initiation and prolongation of estate contracts to see provision of MAN services.
• Conduct Dealer Standard Audits.
• Identify, formulate and eliminate shortfalls in internal systems and processes.
• Facilitate renewal approval process of Business Partners in the network.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management).

• High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
• Problem Solving Skills Energetic and change / improvement focused.

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in network/ facilities planning environment.
