    New Vehicle Sales Executive - Rola BYD Vredenburg

Rola BYD is excited to be opening a new BYD dealership in Vredenburg, Western Cape and is looking for a motivated New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our dynamic team within the prestigious Rola Motor Group. If you’re passionate about people, cutting-edge automotive technology, and sustainable mobility—including Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs)—this role is your launchpad to success. You’ll play a key role in representing BYD’s advanced electrified vehicle range while helping customers make smarter, cleaner mobility choices. Be part of an exciting new dealership launch and a forward-thinking team that’s shaping the future of mobility—one EV and PHEV at a time.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Proven experience in automotive sales (premium brand exposure advantageous)
    • Grade 12 qualification
    • Valid driver’s licence
    • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
    • Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy (MS Office essential)
    • Genuine interest in EV and PHEV technology with a willingness to learn
    • High levels of motivation, initiative, and professionalism
    • Clear criminal record

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Networking and building relationships within the motor industry
    • Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
    • Target new customers and business opportunities to aid portfolio growth
    • Managing of sales process to ensure CSI
    • Manage customer relationships, and deliver an efficient and effective service to both internal and external clients at all times
    • Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes
