No-Code AI Developer / AI Automation Specialist at Salt South Africa

• We are seeking a No-Code AI Developer / AI Automation Specialist who can analyze our entire business, identify inefficiencies, and design AI-driven workflows toptimize operations. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring autonomy, strong business understanding, and the ability ttranslate user and business needs intpractical automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis:

• Map and document current business flows (e.g., onboarding, contract management).
• Identify pain points and opportunities for automation based on ROI and scalability.

Automation Design & Development:

• Build and deploy no-code AI solutions and automation workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, or similar.
• Implement AI agents for internal efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with developers for API integrations where needed.

Delivery & Optimization:

• Run pilots, scale successful automations, and ensure reliability.
• Monitor and maintain workflows, iterating based on feedback.

Change Enablement:

• Train internal teams on new tools and workflows.
• Create documentation and champion adoption across the business.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in AI-driven automation and no-code development (3-5 years).
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability talign automation with business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with low/no-code tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Workato, UiPath, n8n).
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
• Start-up experience and ability twork autonomously in a remote environment.
