Your Tasks
Objectives

• As the O&M Intern, you will focus on providing administrative support to the O&M department, closely cooperating with the O&M Administrator, working from our Cape Town office.

 
Primary Responsibilities

• The O&M Intern will report (line and functionally) to the Team Lead Operations – O&M SA. 
• He/she will work on providing administrative support to the O&M department, focusing mainly on managing the O&M fleet of vehicles, company cell phones, company credit cards and assisting with travel arrangements and logistics as well as other similar tasks.
• He/she will be employed for a 6-month period.

Your Profile
Qualifications and Experience

• Education to Grade 12 as a minimum
• Driving license (Code 8 minimum)
• Good knowledge of both English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
• Good IT skills (esp. MS Office package and E-mails)
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work under limited or no supervision
• Responsible and reliable character
• Team player
