JOB DESCRIPTION
- To implement and manage requirements and business controls related to market conduct legislation which will enable Provinces to comply with legislation such as Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS). Act as subject matter expert (SME) within the province for all FAIS related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Commerce
Experience Required
- 3-4 years. The jobholder is required to have an understanding and knowledge of general branch banking, processes and procedures. Experience in the application of FAIS in Client Coverage, as well as a thorough understanding of the legislation.
