    Online Lecturer: Advanced Brand Business Leadership (Independent Contractor)

    Job Purpose:

    • Remote/Online Lecturing and academic delivery to ensure students are guided and supported in their learning to achieve module outcomes

    Preferred Education:
    ​Ideal:

    • Doctorate in business or leadership 

    Alternatively:

    • Doctorate in a leadership, organisational studies, industrial psychology or similar discipline 

    Work Experience

    • ​Lecturing or training experience in the leadership field.

    Key Performance Areas - Fully Online:

    • Online/ Remote Preparation and lecturing as per the Module Guide
    • Teaching curriculum outcomes as per contract hours and stipulated per pre agreed timetable
    • Briefing students for assignments and providing feedback in a timeous manner
    • Presenting class marks and feedback to the MODULE DISCIPLINE LEADER and discuss appropriate interventions for improved student success
    • Actively engaging with current trends in teaching and learning strategies within The IIE VEGA environment
