    Key Requirements & Qualifications:

    •           A degree in Marketing and/or similar field.
    •           Relevant and Up to date Google certifications.  
    •          Google Ads Certification: Display Advertising
    •          Google Ads Certification: Search Advertising
    •          Google Ads Certification: Video Advertising
    •          Google Analytics Individual Qualification
    •          Google Ads Certification: Measurement

             A minimum of ONE year experience in digital marketing or advertising.

    •          An understanding of best practices related to campaign management, website design, UX, and SEO.
    •          A strategic and holistic mindset, comfortable crafting breakthrough strategies aligned with client objectives.
    •          Strong integrated marketing, communications and management skills including research, analytical skills, data management and project management.
    •          Ability to manage complexity and coordinate across a number of departments while meeting tight deadlines.
    •          Able to multi-task under pressure.

    Day-to-day Roles & Responsibilities:

    •          Plan, set up and manage numerous digital campaigns for a host of large and small clients, specifically within the Automotive and Property industries.
    •          Build & optimise PPC campaigns (Google Search, Display and Video).
    •          Detailed keyword & audience analysis.
    •          Collaborate with SEO & web design teams to maximise ROI for clients.
    •          Collaborate with clients and department heads to generate suitable campaign strategies and plans.
    •          Analysing and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly performance.
    •          Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
    •          Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and user experience.
    •          Align SEM and SEO strategies by identifying in-market keyword opportunities through continued strategic monitoring.
    •          Measure and report performance of the campaigns and websites, and assess performance against KPIs.
    •          Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
    •          Recommend and manage digital media budgets.
    •          Negotiate terms, deals and rates with various direct digital media owners/publishers.
