• Optimi is currently looking to hire individuals with great time management and communication skills to join the team as Online Tutors. The ideal candidate should be able to work well with students from different backgrounds and be able to reinforce study skills.

Requirements:

Bsc Eng Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical

Engineering, Hons Property Studies, Data Mining, and a Higher Certificate in Renewable Energy.

•         Tutors are required to tutor at University Level
•         Proficient with Teams, Zoom or WhatsApp
•         Online presentation skills
•         Above average mark for their qualification
•         Fluent in English
•         Computer literate

Duties:

• Assisting students to understand difficult modules and concepts
• Assessing and improving students current learning processes
• Reviewing past papers and assignments, and answer all questions the student may have regarding specific topics
• Supporting their students throughout their academic year.
• Developing lesson plans
• Helping students to improve their learning process
• Detecting specific needs of each student during sessions
• Track student progress
• Give Tuta-Me feedback on all sessions
