Own actions related to claims, ensuring completion in cooperation with key stakeholders and experts
Maintain communication and reporting with the Claim Owner, Market Areas, and business line
Identify repetitive issues and assist in driving cost reduction for the Mill Lining warranty
Represent Mill Lining within the Metso quality community
Support finance with warranty reserve bookings
Support continuous improvement and ensure best practice sharing
Ensure compliance to Metso processes, policies, and guidelines
Who you are
You bring several years of industry experience from the management of quality topics within your business
Diploma / B.E Mechanical with experience in Mill Lining highly desirable
Enthusiastic about generating customer value and leading through data
Goal-oriented, process driven, and fully compliant with company policies and local regulations
Strong desire to contribute to our continued success. As a collaborative team member you have a proven track record in navigating different environments and cultures.
