Job Summary

• Strategically enable optimization of the Group Operational risk processes, infrastructure and framework.
• Manage all aspects of delivery and operationalization of the Operational risk framework (ORMF) enablement proactively.
• Facilitate all changes and act as a conduit to drive, initiate and implement changes with the Business, Group OR Framework and Technology teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the function and Group in order to enable effective changes efficiently

Job Description

• To manage successful end to end delivery and execution of both production and project portfolio within the Group Operational Risk function.
• Stakeholder management for ORMS ensuring seamless user experience and support.
• Management of SLA and OLA.
• Define and enable the effective Support Model with the Technology team.
• Drive process and system enhancements / improvements in line with the Groups policies.
• Manage all Change Management initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate the Operational risk functions enablement systems and processes for areas of improvement and proactively drive with stakeholder.
• Deliver customer service expectations across the Group as the key enablement partner.
• Setup, monitor and report on performance criteria for the OR enablement function on a proactive basis.
• Monitor and report on the operating effectiveness of the Operational Risk technology infrastructure
