    Form part of a broader Index Solutions business offering a modular, agile investment solutions platform to a broad spectrum of retail and institutional clients. Successful incumbent will be appointed to develop, own and deliver the distribution strategy for the Retail Structured products business within Global Markets. Will drive digital distribution strategy for Halo platform and lead relationship with tech partners as well as offer solutions and products to cover a multitude of product wrappers and delivery vehicles (index based). BCom/CFA or similar with passion for product set and a strong understanding of the IFA and retail distribution channel operating framework, including access via LISPs. Since the role entails working closely with other areas of the bank including structuring, indexation, trading and infrastructure/ implementation areas, the need for strong stakeholder management and influence skills is essential
