This role offers the interested candidate an opportunity to be a part of a high performance team that will focus on managing existing Transactional Banking customers. The individual will be responsible for a portfolio that he/she must understand intricately and come up with strategies to ensure the success of the portfolio and ultimately meet the targets set by the business. The role includes the creation and management of communication, channel and marketing strategies. The individual will be part of a team that focuses on the complete lifecycle of a customer starting post the sale to the point of closure. The individual will have access to a teams across various disciplines with in Transactional Banking as well as Absa. The individual together with the rest of the team is responsible to grow primary customers through sustained customer engagement and commercial strategies. There are no direct reports but the individual will be responsible for a portfolio in one of the largest businesses within Everyday Banking as well as RBB.
