Operations Analyst at Robert Walters

What you'll do:

As a Direct Lending Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Private Debt funds. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing investment settlements, maintaining system, conducting investment level analysis, assisting fund accounting in closing NAV's, among others. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the investment team on ad hoc requests. This role requires strong planning, organisation, and time management skills to manage multiple initiatives and deliver desired results in a deadline-driven environment.

• Oversee investment settlement and funding along with oversight of cash liquidity
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of positions and cash
• Maintain Wall Street Office system for all amendments, waivers, corporate actions, positions, and trade activity
• Conduct investment level analysis such as asset level IRRs and MoMs
• Complete and maintain borrowing bases for leverage facilities
• Assist fund accounting in closing monthly and quarterly NAV’s
• Support the investment team on ad hoc requests and analyse around daily and monthly portfolio compliance

The ideal candidate for the Direct Lending Operations Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in similar roles. They possesses knowledge of Private Debt funds and has a strong loans operations background.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Private Debt funds is essential
• A strong loans operations background is particularly desirable
• Complete front to back understanding of life cycle of a trade and position
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally
• Self-starter who can drive and deliver results after initial managerial direction
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills to manage multiple initiatives
• Experience with Wall Street Office (WSO)
