Responsibilities
- Support the scaling of operations in a fast-growing AI firm
- Manage software deployment projects across diverse customers
- Setup and execute operations processes
- Manage IT infrastructure for a cloud-based software product
- Manage an outsourced Dev’Ops team and support desk
Mandatory experience / Qualifications
- Honors or Masters in IT-related fields
- Experience in managing teams in an IT environment
- Experience in IT operations
