What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

• As an Operations and Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and optimising PV Solar, Battery Systems Generators, and other energy systems’ performance across key markets in Sub-Saharan Africa. You’ll collaborate closely with maintenance service providers to ensure optimal system output, track maintenance activities, and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients. Your role will contribute directly to the efficiency and sustainability of renewable energy solutions in emerging markets.

What you’ll need

• To excel in this role, you’ll need at least 2 years of experience in renewable energy systems, coupled with a minimum 3-year Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering Diploma. You should be adept at reading equipment schematics, knowledgeable in industrial PV solar operations and maintenance, and proficient in MS Office applications. Excellent oral and written English skills are essential for effective communication within this dynamic team.
