Main Purpose of the Role

• Invoicing
• Landed costings according to clients specific requirements
• FR Excel
• Dispatching documents
• Updating rates engine
• Ensuring auto rating applied by all operators in the Branch
• Training juniors and colleagues

Job-Related Requirements

• Matric
• Minimum of 1 year working experience
• Sound geographic knowledge both local and international
• Basic accounting knowledge - understanding debit and credit
• Must have cargowise experience

Duties And Responsibilities

• Invoicing and costing all modes
• Report any errors and potential risks to management
• Assist with managing the workflow/dashboards in the invoicing team
• Process shipment according to department and client KPIs
• Dispatch documents to clients and update milestones
• Liaise with internal and external clients
• Ability to meet Mid-month and month end deadlines
