As an Operation Engineer, you'll maintain and optimize production infrastructure, design automation scripts, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure service continuity.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing system automation scripts and tools
Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues
Maintaining service continuity and carrying out necessary automation
Monitoring and maintaining critical infrastructure for high availability and performance
Investigating and diagnosing operational problems and implementing corrective actions
Utilizing data analytics to monitor system performance and inform decision-making
Understanding critical issues and local business needs
Developing new solutions and proposing ideas to improve tools and processes
Requirements
Cultivate a growth and continuous improvement mindset
Be customer service oriented with essential rigor and curiosity
Be proficient in a scripting language such as bash/powershell/python
Be able to work with databases (simple SQL queries) or XML content
Be capable of implementing quality controls with scripting or Postman
Have the ability to automate processes
Be open to collaboration with other data science and data engineer teams
Be willing to work in an agile methodology environment
