Operations management professional sought for an established property management company.

Our client boasts a substantial commercial development pipeline, alongside an existing portfolio of commercial and retail spaces.

They are looking for an Operations Manager who has the development know-how to add value to the new-building take-on process, to ensure their efficient and effective ongoing operations management as well as managing the existing portfolio.

Looking for a technically competent building professional to take full operational responsibility for a sizable and growing portfolio in Cape Town.

This role would suit someone who has the confidence to solve complex technical issues without assistance, who is highly IT literate and is at the cutting edge of technological assistance available for the facilities industry

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

• Proven expertise in full spectrum facilities management
• 10 years working experience in the industry
• A technical degree / diploma
• Experience in planning, budgeting and implementing maintenance schedules and projects.
