Are you someone who can:

• Work closely with Financial Planners to co-develop and align target and budget goals, ensuring effective cost controls across multiple functions
• Drive growth and profitability through collaborative planning and operational excellence
• Cultivate a client-centric service culture by collaborating with Financial Planners to propose innovations and build rewarding relationships
• Strengthen Business Unit delivery by designing systems, processes, and metrics alongside Financial Planners to monitor service levels and client satisfaction
• Build strong partnerships with Financial Planners, SMEs, project managers and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful results
• Translate strategic initiatives into action, working with Financial Planners to set measurable goals and track performance
• Maintain compliance by embedding governance structures in operational processes, working with Financial Planners to anticipate audit needs and regulatory requirements
• Identify, report, and mitigate operational risk across product and channel ecosystems, leveraging insights from Financial Planners to drive accuracy
• Collaborate with Financial Planners and other key stakeholders to enhance operational processes that lead to superior client outcomes and streamlined workflows
• Oversee SLA agreements in partnership with Financial Planners, ensuring they reflect business priorities and client needs
• Improve business decisions through rich collaboration with Financial Planners on data analysis, insights generation, and trend interpretation
• Oversee onboarding Financial Planners, with a meticulous approach and strong attention to detail to ensure seamless integration and regulatory alignment
• Plan and execute campaign planning and execution with Financial Planners, maintain operational accountability for all campaign execution.
• Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of Team Leaders and teams in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies
• Manage personal and management development to increase own skills and competencies for the managerial function and future Leadership growth opportunities

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

• Proven experience running and optimizing operations within a financial services environment, with exposure to Financial Planning environments considered a valuable strength
• BCom Degree or equivalent
• 3- 5 years in a similar role
