Operations Manager - Gans Bay

Job specification:

Key Performance Areas:
- Operational Alignment to Company Strategic Goals
- Capital Investment and Asset Care Plan

- Harvest an Sales Planning
- Health and Safety, Risk Management
- Bio-Security Management
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ Agricultural Operational Management experience
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Aquaculture / Fisheries Sciences / Agriculture Sciences
- Additional qualifications relative to Business Management / Supply chain / Harvest Modelling
- Advantages - FMCG / Food Processing background
Additional requirements:
- Business Acumen
- Harvest Systems and Modelling
- Knowledge of Financial Processes and Reporting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Advantage - Knowledge of Abalone Aquaculture Industry
