Operations Manager - Healthcare at Bidvest Prestige

Position Summary:

• Bidvest Prestige is currently seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee healthcare operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare management and a strong background in operations management. The Healthcare Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of healthcare services, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing operational processes to enhance patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all healthcare operations within the organization, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Monitor key performance indicators and data metrics to assess the effectiveness of healthcare operations
• Lead and support continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, and community partners
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of healthcare staff
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare operations management

Qualifications:

• Qualifications healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on operations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare operations and driving process improvement initiatives
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software
