JOB DESCRIPTION

• To perform the operational activities and responsibilities of Melville Douglas Investment Management as they relate to the Melville Douglas branded local and international fund range. The role includes, but is not limited to, internal and external partner interaction, coordinating the factsheet process locally and offshore, maintaining the constituent documents, processing updates and changes to funds, the generation of management information and the maintenance of static and historical data, resolution of both product and administration related queries The role incorporates both specialist product, data and administration skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: Undergraduate Degree
• Field of Study:  Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Science
   

Experience Required
Technology

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Investment markets, fund administration and product control would be an advantage. General investment experience with exposure to various investment products. Some knowledge and experience of investment operations with manual and automated processes will be an advantage.  Proficient in Microsoft office, database tools and knowledge on Morningstar would be beneficial.
