Duties:

• Provider Management
• Rollout Manager
• Financial responsibility
• First contact for international storage locations
• Reporting function (TLM, Vulnerabilities, Patch Management, Capacity Management, PIC Processes - Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)
• Knowledge around ITSM Ticketing Suite
• Monthly check of the SLA’s regarding the provider
• Quality Administrator regarding documentation, reporting etc.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Minimum 5 – 7 Years IT Working experience.
• Information Technology Diploma / Degree or relevant qualifications within IT
• Minimum 5 – 10 Years project experience / Change Management
