Purpose of the job

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team to manage and optimise PAXI operations. The role involves buying and planning of PAXI merchandise, managing associated claims, and coordinating between internal teams and 3rd party systems to support the success of PAXI.

Requirements

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum Matric with maths. 
• Relevant Diploma (NQF 5 or 6) or Bcomm Degree is required 
• 3 Years Logistical or Buying or Planning experience in a retail field.
• Claims management experience
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, Excel and G-Suite),
• Negotiation skills
• Financial Skills
• Understand Parcel Tracking Systems & services, call centre systems, processes and supporting infrastructure
• Attention to detail and excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Relevant product knowledge 
• Buying system knowledge
• Buying processes knowledge
