QUALIFICATION:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification compulsory 

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years experience within the discipline of Import/Export/Forwarding/Invoicing/Entries/Transport and all aspects of Airfreight
• Experience at a supervisory level
• Excellent computer literacy (Outlook and Excel)  
• Dealing with SARS, OGAs, Airlines, Ground Handling Agents, Service Providers, Transporters, etc
• Understanding Power BI Tool / Dashboards
• High Level of Financial Experience
• CargoWise experience at a professional level

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Provide assistance to the Branch Manager with the daily operations and supervision of staff
• Drive operational excellence in the business unit
• Instil and drive the right behaviour and practises towards clients / service providers
• Assist with Training/Workshops, development in the Branch
• Manage the Branch queries on Financial Query Management system - 14 Days
• Drive the BIL values and monitor the same.
• Manage and maintain Zero tolerance on Wite Offs within the Business Unit
• Ensure the OTIFNE concept - On Time in Full No Errors
• Identify problems and analyse root cause to mitigate the risk
