Ops Client Support Clerk at Atlas Finance

Job purpose:

• To deliver timeous pay out and processing of refund requests, lost/unblock card requests, REG payment and commission requests received by reconciling payments made and processing pay out within 48 hours to ensure that there are no losses to the company and to uphold high levels of customer service.

Key Accountable Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all requests received are processed as per company policies and procedures.
• To ensure that all lost and unblock card requests received daily are processed as per company policies and procedures.
• To ensure that all commission requests received daily are processed and paid out on time.
• To ensure that all REG requests received are receipted daily and processed as per company policies and procedures.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to internal customers at all times.

Competency and qualification requirements:

• Minimum: Grade 12
• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3)
• 2 years’ experience Micro finance industry
• Currently working for Atlas Finance at Branch Level (added advantage)
