• Create pre-sales opportunities and leads through direct engagement with communities, and other relevant (Internal and external) stakeholders to enable Openserve to meet the requirements/ demands of present and future customers. Conduct research to provide valid and current market trends and competitor activities to achieve Mass Market goals and revenue targets with special focus on increased connection rate in niche markets
