Core Description
- Responsible to manage Openserve Commercial Operations, Openserve Customer Care Centre and for all commercial matters relating to Openserve Services' business imperatives. Provide inputs to and validation of all new agreements and the commercial implementation of such agreements. Development and management of the necessary commercial processes & systems to meet KPI and SLA measurements, to support Openserve agreements.

Core Description
- Responsible for analysing technologies and drawing up technology direction strategy documents for approval by the TRF. Responsible for arranging Proof of Concept installations and to advise implementation plans to implement approved technology strategies. To assist on all operations and maintenance aspects of the relevant TSI discipline. Compile and update WI's, methods, P&P related to technologies its evolution and adaptations. Responsible for the specification, testing and evaluation of new equipment hardware, software, etc.

- At least three years’ experience in the operation and configuration of Layer 2/3 networks (e.g. routers, switches)
- At least three years’ experience (sufficient technical knowledge) of securing networks (e.g. restricting access via secure protocols) and networking protocols (e.g. ISIS, OSPF, BGP, LDP, NAT, IPSec)
