    Optical Assistant | Western Cape, Cape Town Area

    Description

    • Assisting customers with frame selections and fitting
    • Conducting pre-testing and adjustments
    • Dispensing and repairing spectacles and contact lenses
    • Providing expert advice on optical products and services
    • Ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction

    Minimum Requirements

    • Previous experience as an Optical Assistant or a Qualified Dispensing Optician
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
    • Knowledge of the latest optical products and trends is a plus
