    Organon - Digital Solutions Manager

    Job Summary

    We are accelerating Digital Transformation to differentiate through Digital, Data & Analytics. As an expert in customer engagement, the Lead Digital & Customer Solutions will operate the Digital Marketing Strategy to accelerate the digital transformation as key enabler to deliver best customer experience and accelerate our business performance. He / she will contribute to the brand strategy and ensuring that we effectively and efficiently engage with customers with personalized content, through the right channel mix based on an omni-channel strategy.

    Reporting to the Business and Commercial Operations Director, the Digital Lead will be responsible for ensuring design, installation and realization of digital capabilities and execution of campaigns for the respective therapeutic areas / Business Units as well as the development and support the execution of digital transformation roadmaps, in close collaboration with Business Unit Directors, franchises, IT and other enabling functions.

    Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

    • Management of a multi-disciplinary team of digital specialists responsible for the digital activities in the market.
    • Shape the digital strategy & roadmap for the major therapeutic areas and execute according to the company’s strategy.
    • Develop and implement omni-channel communication programs, materials and capabilities.
    • Lead the deployment of Digital resources while ensuring the value realization.
    • Create and assimilate cross channel planning and tracking processes and tools in partnership with Business Analytics and Marketing.
    • Prototype innovative regional/global innovative digital initiatives.
    • Lead the change management aspects of the digital transformation looking into toolset, mindset and skillset.
    • Hands-on project management support for the strategic product portfolio.

    Experience

    • At least 5 years’ experience leading multi-channel / Digital projects and capabilities with subject matter expertise in Digital Marketing.
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally across multiple business units and with senior leaders.
    • Proven track record of leading large-scale projects effectively and efficiently including problem solving skills.
    • Strong experience in building a data-oriented/data analytics environment where data is core to inform business decisions.
    • Well organized, highly motivated, process driven and results oriented with the ability to rebalance priorities and assume responsibility in a multi-tasking environment.
    • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills, both written and oral, are required to synthesize key issues, and communicate/persuade constituencies towards specific actions and initiatives.
    • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to vision as well as execute complex initiatives in matrix structures.
    • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and external relationships.
    • Strong change management experience.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing and Commercial roles in Pharma or large organization.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent from an accredited educational institution in economics, communication, public relations, information technology or relevant business experience.
    • Further digital educations would be advantageous
