    • Track repair times, costs, and progress
    • Ensure vehicles are prepped within agreed deadlines
    • Maintain accurate recon records and reports

    Online Administration Duties

    • Upload vehicles to online sales platforms and company website
    • Write accurate and engaging vehicle descriptions
    • Ensure vehicle specifications, pricing, and images are correct
    • Manage online enquiries and forward to the sales team promptly
    • Update stock listings and remove sold vehicles
    • Monitor competitor pricing and online trends
