Minimum Requirements    

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Previous motor industry experience (Stellantis brands advantagoeus)
• Previous experience with automotive digital content creation (advantageous)
• Strong photography skills (lighting, composition, editing)
• Excellent organisational ability and strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Administrative and record-keeping proficiency
• Ability to use editing software and online inventory systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Duties and Responsibilities    
Vehicle Recon Duties

• Monitor and manage vehicle preparation (recon) process from arrival to retail-ready
• Liaise with workshop, valeters, bodyshop, and external suppliers
• Track repair times, costs, and progress
• Ensure vehicles are prepped within agreed deadlines
• Maintain accurate recon records and reports

Online Administration Duties

• Upload vehicles to online sales platforms and company website
• Write accurate and engaging vehicle descriptions
• Ensure vehicle specifications, pricing, and images are correct
• Manage online enquiries and forward to the sales team promptly
• Update stock listings and remove sold vehicles
• Monitor competitor pricing and online trends
