    Outbound Call Centre Agent - Amanzimtoti

    Our business in the heart of Amanzimtoti specializes in the financial services industry providing affordable insurance products and services. We have designed a proven system which allows successful individuals a chance to grow into a leadership position.

    We are looking for Outbound Call Centre Agents with a focus on sales and are target driven.

    Responsibilities:

    • Call potential customers using our database provided.
    • Provide information regarding our products and services and answer any questions that may be asked.
    • Actively market our products and services

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Completed Matric or equivalent.
    • 6 Months Sales/Retail experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Able to liaise with customers.
    • Sales/results driven.
    • Able to work within a team.
    • Professional presentation skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Have great leadership qualities.
